The Emmett Lymphatic Drainage technique aims to assist movement of the lymph fluid within the body.

We work through clothing or cloth, whilst you relax on our extra comfortable and warm massage table. The Emmett technique uses gentle and rhythmic movements, aiming to release the muscles and gently pump the lymph glands to move fluid around the body.

This helps to speed up or influence the normal lymph movement, where it has slowed down or become impaired. This will assist your body to remove toxins, or built up fluid to boost energy.
